New Chairman the Supervisory Board
Teade
The General Meeting of Nelja Energia AS held on 27th of April 2016 elected Mr Thorleif Leifsen as the new the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Tor Ottar Karlsen, the previous Chairman, resigned from the Supervisory Board. Since 15th of March 2016 Mr Thorleif Leifsen is the CEO of Vardar A/S and is also representing Vardar A/S in the Supervisory Board of Nelja Energia AS. General Meeting accepted the resignation of Mr Tor Ottar Karlsen.
