OEG Slovakkia tütarühingud ühinesid
Teade
OEG Slovakkias asuvate tütarettevõtete Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. ja Olympic F&B S.r.o. ühinemine on lõpule viidud. Ühinemise käigus ühendas Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. endaga Olympic F&B S.r.o. Ühinemise eesmärgiks oli kontserni struktuuri korrastamine. Tütarühingute ühinemine ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed ei ole tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. The Slovak subsidiaries of OEG have merged

The merger of OEG’s Slovak subsidiaries, Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. and and Olympic F&B S.r.o. has been completed. During the course of the merger Olympic F&B S.r.o. merged with Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. The aim of the merger was the adjustment of the group’s structure. The merger of the subsidiaries has no direct influence on the economic activities of OEG Group. The members of the management and supervisory boards of OEG have no personal interest in the transaction.
