Kaupmehe 9 kortermaja ehitusega alustamine (Tartumaa, Eesti)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-03-29 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti tütarettevõte AS Merko Tartu on alustanud Tartumaal Tartu vallas asuva Kaupmehe korteriarenduse viimase kortermaja ehitust. Projekt koosneb kokku kolmest hoonest ja 90 korterist, millest Kaupmehe 7 maja on valminud, Kaupmehe 5 maja on ehituses ja valmib 2016. aasta juunis. 30 korteriga Kaupmehe 9 valmimine on planeeritud 2017. aasta jaanuarisse. Kaupmehe kortermajad (merko.ee/kaupmehe) asuvad Tartu vallas Kaupmehe tänaval mõneminutilise autosõidu kaugusel Tartu linnasüdamest. Majad kerkivad Pärna allee elupiirkonna kõrvale, kus Merko on arendanud ja ehitanud 10 kortermaja ning müünud üle 300 korterit. Kolmekorruselistel B-energiaklassiga kortermajadel on eraldi gaasikatlamaja, korterid on vesikeskküttega, küttekehadeks radiaatorid ning vannitubades elektriline põrandaküte. Kortermajade arhitekt on Janno Põldme ning korterite sisekujunduse on loonud OÜ Põldme. Koduostja saab valida kolme siseviimistluspaketi vahel. Valgusküllaste 2- kuni 4-toaliste korterite juurde kuulub kuni kaks parkimiskohta ja panipaik. Korterite hind jääb vahemikku 59–104 tuhat eurot. Merko on arendanud ja ehitanud kortereid tuhandetele peredele ning parima kvaliteedi tagamiseks haldab ettevõte arenduse kõiki etappe: kavandamine, projekteerimine, ehitamine, müük ja garantiiaegne teenindus. Start of construction of Kaupmehe 9 apartment building (Tartu County, Estonia)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-03-29 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Tartu, subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of the last building of Kaupmehe apartment development project in Tartu parish, Tartu county. The project includes three apartment buildings with 90 apartments, from which the Kaupmehe 7 building is completed and the Kaupmehe 5 building is in construction and will be completed in June 2016. The Kaupmehe 9 building with 30 apartments will be completed in January 2017. Kaupmehe apartment buildings (merko.ee/kaupmehe) are located at Kaupmehe street, Tartu parish, few minutes’ drive away from Tartu city centre. The buildings will be next to Pärna alley residential quarter, where Merko has developed and built 10 apartment buildings and sold over 300 apartments. Three-storey buildings with energy class B have their own gas boiler plant; apartments are equipped with water heating system and radiators, bathrooms have electrical floor heating system. The architect of the buildings is Janno Põldme and interior architect is OÜ Põldme. Home buyers can choose from three interior design packages. Well-lighted 2- to 4-room apartments have up to two parking spaces and a storage space. The price of the apartments ranges from 59–104 thousand euros.
