Võlakirjade märkimisperioodi pikendamine
Teade
AS Pro Kapital Grupp teatas 10.02.2016, et juhatus otsustas pakkuda märkimiseks
tagatud, ennetähtaegse lunastamise õigusega ja fikseeritud intressimääraga
võlakirju (edaspidi nimetatud kui Võlakirjad). Võlakirjade teatatud
märkimisperiood oli 10.02.2016-29.02.2016.
Lähtudes võimaliku investori ettepanekust otsustas AS Pro Kapital Grupp juhatus
29.02.2016 pikendada võlakirjade märkimisperioodi kuni 07.03.2016.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp informeerib võlakirjade pakkumise tulemustest eraldi
teatega pärast võlakirjade jaotamise otsuse tegemist.
Käesolev teade on avaldatud lähtudes “Nõuded Emitentidele” punktist 7.6 ja ei
ole käsitletav pakkumisena märkida võlakirju.

Prolongation of subscription terms for subscribing Bonds
Teade
AS Pro Kapital Grupp announced on 10th of February 2016 that the Management
Board decided to offer for subscription secured, callable, fixed rate bonds
(hereinafter the “Bonds”). The announced subscription period of the bonds was
10.02.2016-29.02.2016.
Based on the request of potential investor the Management Board of AS Pro
Kapital Grupp has on 29th of February 2016 decided to prolong the subscription
term until 7th March 2016.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp shall inform of the results of the offer with the separate
notice after the decision of allocation of the bonds is made.
This notice is published in accordance with the article 7.6. of the
“Requirements for Issuers” and is not an offer to subscribe the Bonds.
