Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kohtla-Järve reoveepuhasti)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja OÜ Järve Biopuhastus sõlmisid lepingu Kohtla-Järve reoveepuhasti
laiendamise projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks. Lepingu kohaselt
koostab Nordecon AS Kohtla-Järve piirkondliku reoveepuhasti bioloogilise osa
eel- ja tööprojektid ning rajab neljanda paralleelse bioloogilise puhastuse
liini koos rajatistega. 

Tööde maksumus on ligikaudu 3,5 miljonit eurot ilma
käibemaksuta.Projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde kestuseks on planeeritud 550 päeva. 


Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Kohtla-Järve town sewage water recycling plant)

Teade

Nordecon AS and OÜ Järve Biopuhastus signed an agreement for the performance of
design and construction works of the enlargement of Kohtla-Järve town sewage
water recycling plant. According to the contract, Nordecon AS will carry out
the preliminary design and working project works for the biological section of
the Kohtla-Järve’s regional sewage water recycling plant and erect the fourth
parallel recycling line with the accompanying structures. 

The value of the contract without VAT is approximately 3.5 million euros. The
project design and construction works last for 550 days.
