Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tapa linnaku kasarmu)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Kaitseministeerium sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Tapa linnakusse
rajatava kasarmu projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks. Kolmekordse hoone
brutopinnaks saab olema 5100 m2. 

Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligi 4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd lõpevad kevadel 2016. 


Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Tapa campus barrack)

Teade

Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Estonian Ministry of Defence
for the design and construction of a barrack in Tapa military campus. Gross
space of this three storey building will be 5100 sqm. 

The value of the contract is close to 4 million euros, excluding VAT. The works
end in spring 2016. 


Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2014 was 161 million euros and net profit 2.3 million euros. Currently Nordecon
Group employs close to 700 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have
been quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
