Olulise osaluse muutus
Teade
AS Pro Kapital Grupp (edaspidi Pro Kapital) teavitab, et 13.07.2015 saatis AS
Swedbank esindajakonto omaniku Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Clients korraldusel
teate, mille kohaselt 26.06.2015 suurenes Eginvest Limited osalus Pro Kapitalis
9 300 000 aktsia võrra 17,18%-ni.
Vastava aktsiate arvu võrra on vähenenud Clearstream Banking Luxembourg S.A.
Clients osalus.
Pro Kapitalile edastatud informatsiooni kohaselt ei muutunud antud aktsiate
lõplik kasusaaja, kelleks on jätkuvalt Ernesto Preatoni ja tema lähikondsed.
Tehingu puhul on tegemist kontohalduri vahetusega.
Teavitamiskohustus tuleneb Eesti väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvist 185.

Changes in substantial shareholdings

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereinafter Pro Kapital) informs that AS Swedbank has at
the request of the nominee account holder Nordea Bank Finland Plc Client sent
on 13.07.2015 a notification that on 26.06.2015 the participation of Eginvest
Limited in Pro Kapital has increased by 9 300 000 shares to 17,18%.
Clearstream Banking Luxembourg SA Clients holding has decreased by the
corresponding number of shares.
According to the information presented to Pro Kapital shares did not change the
final beneficial owners, who are still Ernesto Preatoni and his close family.
The transaction is an exchange of a custodian.
A notification obligation derives from the Estonian Securities Market Act
article 185.
