Ehitusleping Eestis (elu- ja ärihoone Tallinnas)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-06-09 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 9. juunil 2015 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Trigon Capitali meeskonna poolt juhitud projektiettevõte OÜ Poordi 1 projekteerimis- ja ehituslepingu elu- ja ärihoone rajamiseks asukohaga Poordi 1, Tallinn, Eesti (www.poordi.ee). Kuue maapealse korruse ning kahe maa-aluse parkimiskorrusega hoone kerkib Admiraliteedi kvartalisse. Energiaefektiivse hoone esimesele kahele korrusele tulevad äripinnad, kolmandale kuni kuuendale korrusele 29 korterit. Hoone arhitekt on Arhitektuuribüroo Pluss. Leping hõlmab hoone ehitustöid koos infrastruktuuri rajatistega. Lepingu maksumus on ca 5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Hoone valmimine on planeeritud 2016. aasta lõppu. Construction contract in Estonia (residential and commercial building in Tallinn)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-06-09 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 9 June 2015, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, 100% owned subsidiary part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Poordi 1, project company managed by Trigon Capital team, have signed a contract to perform the design and construction works of a residential and commercial building, located at Poordi 1, Tallinn, Estonia (www.poordi.ee). The six-floored building with two underground parking floors will be located at Admiraliteedi quarter. On the first two floors of the energy-efficient building there will be commercial spaces, from the third to the sixth floor there will be 29 apartments. The architect of the building is Arhitektuuribüroo Pluss. The contract includes the construction of the building and infrastructure facilities. The value of the contract is approximately 5 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to complete by the end of 2016.
