Peale nimetatud ostutehinguid moodustab AS Silvano Fashion Group aktsionäride
korralise koosoleku poolt 30.06.2014 kinnitatud tagasiostuprogrammi raames
tagasi ostetud aktsiate koguarv 1 000 000 aktsiat. Aktsiate omandamisele
kulutati 1 452 816,26 eurot, mis moodustab 1,4528 eurot ühe omandatud aktsia
kohta.
Seega on ettevõte tagasiostuprogrammi vastavalt aktsionäride üldkoosolekul
kinnitatule lõpule viinud.
Tagasiostuprogrammi teostatakse vastavalt Euroopa Komisjoni määrusele nr.
2273/2003, 22.12.2003, millega rakendatakse Euroopa Parlamendi ja Nõukogu
direktiivi 2003/6/EÜ seoses tagasiostuprogrammidele ja finantsinstrumentide
stabiliseerimisele ettenähtud eranditega. Aktsiate tagasiostu täideviijaks ja
korraldajaks on AS SEB Pank, kes teostab aktsiate tagasiostu AS-i Silvano
Fashion Group nimel. Programmi täideviimisel on AS SEB Pank kauplemisotsuste
tegemisel iseseisev, järgides kehtivaid tingimusi ning piiranguid, ilma et AS
Silvano Fashion Group saaks mõjutada aktsiate ostutehingute aega.

After the transactions listed above, within the framework of the share buy-back
program, approved by the shareholders meeting on 30.06.2014, AS Silvano Fashion
Group has acquired 1 000 000 shares in total for the total amount of 1 452
816.26 Euros, resulting an average acquisition cost of 1.4528 Euros per share.
Therefore, the company has completed the share buy-back program as approved by
the Annual General Meeting.
The share buyback program is being implemented in accordance with the
Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 of 22.12.2003, implementing Directive
2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards exemptions
for buy-back programmes and stabilisation of financial instruments. The
programme is managed by SEB Pank AS, which will buy back shares on behalf of AS
Silvano Fashion Group. SEB Pank carries out the buyback according to the
regulations and within the framework of the programme, and will make its
trading decisions independently of, and without influence by AS Silvano Fashion
Group with regard to the timing of the purchases.
