Teade
Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seadusest teatas Luksusjaht AS, et tema osalus
Nordecon AS’is on tõusnud üle 10%. Luksusjaht AS omab 05.05.2015 seisuga kokku
3 253 476 (10,0492%) Nordecon AS'i hääleõiguslikku aktsiat.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 730 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Change in substantial shareholding
Teade
As per Securities Market Act Luksusjaht AS has informed Nordecon AS that its
voting rights have increased above 10%. As of 05 May 2015, Luksusjaht AS owns
3,253,476 (i.e. 10.0492%) of shares entitled to vote.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2014 was 161 million euros and net profit 2.3 million euros. Currently Nordecon
Group employs more than 730 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have
been quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
