Teade

Perioodil 08.12.2014 – 12.12.2014 ostis AS SEB Pank AS-i PRFoods nimel ja arvel
turutehingutena tagasi AS-i PRFoods aktsiad alljärgnevalt:

   Kokku    2 750  0,6984 eurot  1 920,50 eurot

Kokku on soetatud kumulatiivselt tagasiostuprogrammi raames alates 01.07.2014:

Tagasiostetud aktsiate kogus  Keskmine hind aktsia kohta   Maksumus kokku 
           161 779                   0,6976 eurot         112 848,97 eurot

Oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogramm viiakse läbi kooskõlas 29.05.2014 toimunud AS-i
PRFoods aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse ja Euroopa Komisjoni 22. detsembri
2003. a määrusega (EÜ) nr 2273/2003, millega rakendatakse Euroopa Parlamendi ja
nõukogu direktiivi 2003/6/EÜ seoses tagasiostuprogrammidele ja
finantsinstrumentide stabiliseerimisele ettenähtud eranditega.

PRF: Own shares buy-back programme of AS PRFoods: transactions during period 08.12.2014 – 12.12.2014

During the period 08.12.2014 – 12.12.2014 AS SEB Pank purchased in the name and
on behalf of AS PRFoods the shares of AS PRFoods as market transactions as
follows:

Accumulated total under the share buyback programme since 01.07.2014:

The own shares buy-back programme is carried out in accordance with the
resolution of the General Meeting of shareholders of AS PRFoods held on
29.05.2014 and the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 dated 22 December
2003 implementing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the
Council as regards exemptions for buy-back programmes and stabilisation of
financial instruments.
