Ehitusleping Eestis (büroohoone Ülemiste City´s Tallinnas)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-11-03 13:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3. novembril 2014 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ning Ülemiste City´t arendava AS Mainor Ülemiste vahel leping büroohoone projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks aadressil Sepise 9 / Valukoja 8, Tallinn, Eesti. Esinduslik 13 maapealse ja ühe maa-aluse korrusega ning enam kui tuhande töökohaga büroohoone hakkab kandma Eesti astrofüüsik Ernst Öpiku nime. Hoone brutopind on 22 313 m², millest büroopinda on 14 000 m². Hoone esimesele korrusele on planeeritud fuajee ja kohvik, keldrikorrusele jalgrattaparkla ja autode parkimiskohad. Lepingu maksumus on 17,4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Projekteerimisprotsessile järgnevad ehitustööd algavad 2015. aasta esimeses kvartalis ning tööde valmimine on planeeritud 2016. aasta suvel. Construction contract in Estonia (office building in Ülemiste City, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-11-03 13:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 3 November 2014, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and AS Mainor Ülemiste, the developer of Ülemiste City, have signed a contract to perform the design and construction works of an office building, located at Sepise 9 / Valukoja 8, Tallinn, Estonia. The dignified office building with 13 floors and one underground floor has more than thousand workstations and will be named after Estonian astrophysics Ernst Öpik. The gross area of the building is 22 313 m², including office area of 14 000 m². The lobby and café are located on the ground floor; parking lot for bicycles and cars is planned on the basement floor. The value of the contract is 17.4 million euros, plus value added tax. The design process is followed by construction works, which are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2015 and to complete in the summer of 2016.
