Kraži? Namai korteriarendusprojekti käivitamine (Vilniuse südalinn)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-10-08 10:57 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS-i Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv ettevõte UAB Merko Bustas on käivitanud ja alustanud Vilniuse südalinnas vanalinna läheduses asuva Kraži? Namai korteriarendusprojekti ehituse. Modernsesse Kraži? Namai arendusse tulevad ühed esimesed A-energiaklassiga kortermajad Leedus. Kraži? Namai korteriarendus (www.kraziu.lt) koosneb kahest kolmekordsest hoonest, milles on kokku 27 korterit. Kortereid iseloomustvad tänu A-energiaklassile madalad küttekulud ning igal korteril on rõdu või terrass. Parkimiskohad ja panipaigad asuvad hoone maa-alusel korrusel. Privaatsust ja turvalisust lisavad nelja korteriga trepikojad ning maju ümbritsev lukustatud siseõu. Korterite ruutmeetri hind jääb vahemikku 2170–3200 eurot. Hoonete arhitektuurse lahenduse on teinud Tadas Bal?i?nas architecture bureau. Kahe kortermaja brutopind on kokku ligikaudu 2400 m² ning arendusprojekti maksumus on suurusjärgus 3-3,5 miljonit eurot. Start of Kraži? Namai apartment development project (Vilnius city centre)

Namai development project, located in the city centre and near the old town of Vilnius. Modern Kraži? Namai apartment development project will be one of the first residential buildings in Lithuania with energy class A. Kraži? Namai development project (www.kraziu.lt) consists of two three-storey buildings with 27 apartments in total. Thanks to the energy class A, the apartments are characterized by low heating costs; each apartment has a balcony or a terrace. The parking lot and storage facilities are located on the underground floor. There are only four apartments in each staircase, which together with locked courtyard add privacy and safety. The price per square metre of the apartments is in range from 2,170 to 3,200 euros. The architectural solution is made by Tadas Bal?i?nas architecture bureau. The gross area of the two buildings is approximately 2,400 m² and the total value of the development project is in a range of EUR 3-3.5 million.
