Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Keila – Valkse teelõigu rekonstrueerimine)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Maanteeamet sõlmisid lepingu Tallinn-Paldiski maanteel
kilomeetritel 24,9 – 29,5  asuva Keila-Valkse teelõigu rekonstrueerimiseks,
kaasa arvatud kahe uue silla ehitus üle Keila jõe. 

Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 5,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Tööde teostamise aeg on 14 kuud. 


Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2013. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 174 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 4,6 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (reconstruction of Keila – Valkse road)

Teade

Nordecon AS and Estonian Road Administration signed an agreement for the
reconstruction works of Tallinn-Paldiski road section between Keila-Valkse on
kilometers 24.9-29.5, including the construction of two new bridges over the
river Keila. 

The value of the contract is approximately 5.5 million euros, excluding VAT.
The period for performance of works is 14 months.
