Ehitusleping Leedus (korterelamu ehitusleping Vilniuses)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-08-04 07:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 1. augustil 2014 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva UAB Merko Statyba ja AS Pro Kapital Grupp kontserni kuuluva Pro Kapital Bonum UAB vahel leping korterelamu projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks, asukohaga Saltiniu Namai elamukompleksis, Vilniuses Leedus. Lepingu kohaselt ehitab UAB Merko Statyba ühe kortermaja (41 korterit ja 3 äripinda) brutopinnaga kokku 4100 m². Lepingu maksumus on 2,9 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. UAB Merko Statyba alustab projekteerimistöödega, ehitustööd algavad peale ehitustööde alustamise teate esitamist Pro Kapital Bonum UAB poolt hiljemalt 2014. aasta novembris ning tööd kestavad orienteeruvalt 15 kuud. Pro Kapital Bonum UAB’l on õigus ehitustöid mitte tellida. AS Merko Ehitus (http://group.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2013. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 860 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2013. aasta müügitulu oli 262,7 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Lithuania (apartment building in Vilnius)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-08-04 07:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 1 August 2014, UAB Merko Statyba, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Pro Kapital Bonum UAB, which is part of AS Pro Kapital Grupp group, entered into a contract to perform the design and construction works of an apartment building located in Lithuania Vilnius, at Saltiniu Namai residential building complex. Under the contract, UAB Merko Statyba will build an apartment building (41 apartments and 3 commercial premises) with the total gross area of 4,100 m². The contract value is EUR 2.9 million, plus value added tax. UAB Merko Statyba will start with design works, the construction works will begin after Pro Kapital Bonum UAB gives the notification to start with the construction works at the latest in November 2014 and are scheduled to take about 15 months. Pro Kapital Bonum UAB has the right not to order the construction works.
