Kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuse liikme volituste pikendamine

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-07-31 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu otsustas 31. juulil 2014 pikendada ettevõtte juhatuse liikme Alar Laguse volitusi kolmeks aastaks, s.o kuni 31. juulini 2017. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatus jätkab neljaliikmelisena: Tiit Rober (esimees), Jaan Mäe, Veljo Viitmann ja Alar Lagus. AS Merko Ehitus (http://group.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2013. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 860 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2013. aasta müügitulu oli 262,7 miljonit eurot. Extension of the powers of the Member of the Management Board of a group’s subsidiary entity

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-07-31 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 31 July 2014, the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, decided to extend the powers of the Member of the Management Board, Mr. Alar Lagus for three years, i.e. till 31 July 2017. The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Mr. Tiit Roben (The Chairman), Mr. Jaan Mäe, Mr. Veljo Viitmann and Mr. Alar Lagus. AS Merko Ehitus (http://group.merko.ee) comprises the leading Estonian construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian market based SIA Merks and the Lithuanian market based UAB Merko Statyba as well as the group’s real estate development business unit together with companies holding real estate properties. As at the end of 2013, the group employed 860 people and the 2013 revenue amounted to EUR 262.7 million.
