Teade

Perioodil 07.07.2014 – 11.07.2014 ostis AS SEB Pank AS-i Premia Foods nimel ja
arvel turutehingutena tagasi AS-i Premia Foods aktsiad alljärgnevalt:

  Kokku    1 375  0,7100 eurot  976,25 eurot

Kokku on soetatud kumulatiivselt tagasiostuprogrammi raames alates 01.07.2014:

Tagasiostetud aktsiate kogus  Keskmine hind aktsia kohta  Maksumus kokku
           4 450                     0,7060 euro           3 141,83 euro

Oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogramm viiakse läbi kooskõlas 29.05.2014 toimunud AS-i
Premia Foods aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse ja Euroopa Komisjoni 22.
detsembri 2003. a määrusega (EÜ) nr 2273/2003, millega rakendatakse Euroopa
Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi 2003/6/EÜ seoses tagasiostuprogrammidele ja
finantsinstrumentide stabiliseerimisele ettenähtud eranditega.

PRF: Own shares buy-back programme of AS Premia Foods: transactions during period 07.07.2014 – 11.07.2014

During the period 07.07.2014 – 11.07.2014 AS SEB Pank purchased in the name and
on behalf of AS Premia Foods the shares of AS Premia Foods as market
transactions as follows:

Accumulated total under the share buyback programme since 01.07.2014:

The own shares buy-back programme is carried out in accordance with the
resolution of the General Meeting of shareholders of AS Premia Foods held on
29.05.2014 and the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 dated 22 December
2003 implementing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the
Council as regards exemptions for buy-back programmes and stabilisation of
financial instruments.
