Ehitusleping Leedus (kõrgepinge alalisvoolu konverteralajaama üldehitustööd Klaipedas)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-05-13 08:22 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 12. mail 2014 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva UAB Merko Statyba ning ABB AB vahel leping Nordbalt kõrgepinge alalisvoolu konverteralajaama üldehitustööde teostamiseks Kišk?n? külas, Klaipeda maakonnas Leedus. Lepingu raames teostab UAB Merko Statyba erinevaid üldehitustöid, muu hulgas ehitab alajaama kolm hoonet kogupinnaga ligi 7 000 m². Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 6,0 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad 2014. aasta kevadel ning tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2015. aasta. AS Merko Ehitus (http://group.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2013. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 860 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2013. aasta müügitulu oli 262,7 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Lithuania (civil works of HVDC converter station in Klaipeda)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-05-13 08:22 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 12th May 2014, UAB Merko statyba, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and ABB AB entered into a contract to perform the civil construction works of Nordbalt HVDC converter station in Kišk?n? village, Klaipeda district, Lithuania. Under the contract, UAB Merko Statyba will perform various civil construction works including constructin of three buildings for the station with total gross area of about 7,000 m². The value of the contract is approximately 6.0 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in spring 2014 and are scheduled for completion in 2015.
