CORRECTION: AS Ekspress Grupp and AS Eesti Meedia concluded interim compromise in arbitral dispute

Today, on 9 May 2014, AS Ekspress Grupp and AS Eesti Meedia concluded an
interim compromise in the arbitral dispute. AS Ekspress Grupp will pay  EUR 2.7
million to AS Eesti Meedia and will acquire the shares of AS Ajakirjade
Kirjastus and AS SL Õhtuleht. The parties will continue the arbitral dispute
regarding the final fulfillment of mutual claims, including the final transfer
price of AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus and AS Ekspress Grupp’s withdrawal from the
acquisition of the shares of AS Express Post. 

Until the end of the arbitral dispute, AS Ekspress Grupp will not make any
further comment on the matter. 

Ekspress Grupp will transfer the acquired shares of AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus and
AS SL Õhtuleht to OÜ Suits Meedia according to the previously concluded sale
agreement.
