Nordecon AS-i nõukogu on teinud aktsionäride üldkoosolekule ettepaneku
suurendada aktsiaoptsiooniprogrammi rakendamiseks Nordecon AS-i aktsiakapitali
1 618 755 uue nimiväärtuseta aktsia emiteerimise teel. 

Aktsiakapitali kavandatava suurendamisega seotud teave on avalikustatud
aktsiakapitali suurendamist arutava aktsionäride üldkoosoleku kokkukutsumise
teates (börsiteade avalikustatud 02.05.2014). 



Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2013. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 174 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 4,6 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Proposal to increase share capital for execution of the option plan

The council of Nordecon AS has made a proposal to the annual general meeting of
the shareholders to increase Nordecon AS’ share capital for execution of the
option plan by issuing 1,618,755 new shares without par value. 

The information related to the proposed increase of share capital is published
within the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders (company
announcement published on 2 May 2014). 



Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2013 was 174 million euros and net profit 4.6 million euros. Currently Nordecon
Group employs more than 700 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have
been quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
