Nordecon AS juhatuse liikmete volituste pikendamine

Nordecon AS nõukogu otsustas pikendada juhatuse liikmete Avo Ambur’i ja Erkki
Suurorg’i volitusi uueks kolmeaastaseks perioodiks alates 01.01.2014 kuni
31.12.2016. Juhatuse liikmete tööülesanded ei muutu. 

Juhatuse esimehe Jaano Vink’i volitused kehtivad kuni 31.07.2014.



Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2012. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 159,4 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab
hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad
noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

Prolongation of terms of office for management board members.

The council of Nordecon AS decided to prolong for the next three years the
terms of office for management board members Mr. Avo Ambur and Mr. Erkki
Suurorg. The next term of office is from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016.
The responsibilities of both board members will remain the same. 

The term of office for the chairman Mr. Jaano Vink does not end until 31 July
2014.

construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
