Tallinn, 2013-12-20 15:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 20. detsembril 2013.a teavitas Mari Tool Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) juhatust talle kuuluvate häälte arvu vähenemisest Silvano Fashion Group AS-is 19,80%-ni. Osaluse vähenemine toimus 6 detsembril toimunud 200 000 Silvano Fashion Group aktsia võõrandamistehingu tulemusena. Enne tehingut kuulus Mari Toolile kokku 8 000 000 aktsiat, mis moodustas kokku 20,30% aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. Peale nimetatud tehingut kuulus Mari Toolile kokku 7 800 000 SFG aktsiat, mis moodustavad kokku 19,80% ettevõtte aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. Teavitamiskohustus tuleneb Eesti väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvist 185 ning Poola väärtpaberite avaliku pakkumise seaduse ning kaasnevate tingimuste paragrahvi 69, lg. 1, alalõigust 2 ning seonduvalt paragrahvi 87 lg. 1 alalõik 3, märge b) tingimustest. Changes in substantial shareholdings

Tallinn, 2013-12-20 15:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On December 20, 2013, Ms. Mari Tool notified the management board of Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) of the decrease of her votes in Silvano Fashion Group to 19.80%. The reason for the change in the total number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of SFG was the sale of 200,000 shares of the company on December 06, 2013. Prior to the change of share amount, Ms. Tool held together 8,000,000 shares of SFG, representing 20.30% of the share capital of the company and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting. After the transaction Ms. Tool held 7,800,000 shares of SFG which represents 19.80% of the share capital of the company and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting. The announcement is composed in accordance with Estonian Securities Market Act, Article 185, and in accordance with Article 69, Sec. 1, Item 2 in connection with Art. 87 Sec. 1 Item 3 Point b) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments into Organized Trading, and Public Companies of Poland.
