Muudatus Leedu tütarettevõtte nõukogu koosseisus

Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-09-19 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Seoses juhtimisstruktuuri ülevaatamisega toimub alates 1. oktoobrist 2013 muudatus ASi Merko Ehitus 100%-lise tütarettevõtte UAB Merko Statyba nõukogu koosseisus, mille kohaselt kutsutakse nõukogust tagasi senine esimees Gediminas Tursa. Nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena: Andres Trink (esimees), Tõnu Toomik ja Jaan Mäe. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2012. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 915 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2012. aasta müügitulu oli 249,1 miljonit eurot. Change in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Lithuanian subsidiary

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-09-19 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In conjunction with a review of the management structure, there will be a change in the composition of the Supervisory Board of UAB Merko Statyba, a 100% subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus. Gediminas Tursa, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be recalled as of 1 October 2013 and the Board will continue with three members: Andres Trink (Chairman), Tõnu Toomik and Jaan Mäe. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) comprises the leading Estonian construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian market based SIA Merks and the Lithuanian market based UAB Merko Statyba as well as the group’s real estate development business unit together with companies holding real estate properties.
