Nordecon AS ja AS Paide Vesi sõlmisid lepingu Paide linna reoveepuhasti
rekonstrueerimise ehitustööde teostamiseks

Nordecon AS ja AS Paide Vesi sõlmisid 11.04.2013 lepingu Paide linna
reoveepuhasti rekonstrueerimise ehitustööde teostamiseks. Tööde käigus
ehitatakse reoveepuhasti tehnohoone ja garaaž ning rajatakse puhastusprotsessi
mahutid ja paakauto pesemisplats. Lisaks rajatakse isevoolset-, surve- ja
sademeveekanalisatsiooni ning drenaaži torustikku kogupikkusega ligikaudu 2 800
meetrit.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus ilma ettenägematute tööde reservita (5%) on
ligikaudu 6,42 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad
mais 2013 ning lõpevad juulis 2014.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad

town's wastewater treatment plant
Nordecon AS and AS Paide Vesi signed a contract for the reconstruction of Paide
town’s wastewater treatment plant. The works include building of a new
technical room for the plant and a garage and the erection of treatment process
tanks and washing area for the tank car. The pipes and drainage network erected
is approximately 2,800 meters.
The value of the contract without the reserve for the unexpected works (5%) is
approximately 6.42 million euros. The works begin in May 2013 and end in July
2014.
