OEG: Laenulepingu lõpetamine ja laenu ennetähtaegne tagasimaksmine

Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) otsustas tagasi maksta Swedbank AS-lt võetud laenu ning sellest tulenevalt sõlmisid OEG ja Swedbank AS täna kokkuleppe 2008.a sõlmitud laenulepingu ennetähtaegseks lõpetamiseks. Laenu lepingujärgne tagasi maksmise tähtaeg oli 25. detsember 2013.a. OEG tagastas täna Swedbank AS-le ennetähtaegselt laenu täielikult summas 3 885 874,14 eurot. Laenu tagasimaksmisega ja laenulepingu lõpetamisega seoses vabastatakse ka laenu tagatiseks Swedbank AS-i kasuks seatud pandid finantstagatise vormis OEG Eesti, Läti, Leedu ja Poola tütarettevõtete aktsiatele ning lõpetatakse OEG Valgevene ja Slovakkia tütarettevõtete poolt antud garantiid. OEG: Termination of loan agreement and premature repayment of the loan

Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) has decided to repay the loan provided by Swedbank AS and therefore OEG and Swedbank AS concluded an agreement today whereby they agreed to prematurely terminate the loan agreement concluded in the year 2008. The contractual repayment date was 25 December 2013. OEG repaid today prematurely to Swedbank AS the complete loan in the amount of EUR 3,885,874.14. Together with the termination of the loan agreement and the repayment of the loan Swedbank AS released the pledges in the form of financial collateral over the shares of OEG subsidiaries in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland and the guarantees issued by OEG subsidiaries in Belarus and Slovakia.
