Teade
Nordecon AS ja SA Kärdla Sadam sõlmisid ehituslepingu Kärdla külalissadama
ehitamiseks.

Nordecon AS ja SA Kärdla Sadam sõlmisid ehituslepingu Kärdla külalissadama
ehitamiseks. Tööde käigus tehakse süvendustöid ca 35 000 kuupmeetri ulatuses,
rajatakse muule kogupikkuses ca 500 meetrit ning ehitatakse välja 9 000
ruutmeetri ulatuses sadama territooriumi. Töid kaasfinantseeritakse läbi
Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondist rahastatava piirkondade konkurentsivõime
tugevdamise meetme.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus ilma ettenägematute tööde reservita on ligikaudu 4,1
miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad juulis 2012 ning
tööde teostamise lepinguline lõpptähtaeg on detsember 2013.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2011. aasta

hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad

Construction contract (Kärdla guest harbour)

Nordecon AS and Kärdla Sadam Foundation signed a contract for the construction
of Kärdla town guest harbour.
Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-07-11 13:33 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --
Nordecon AS and Kärdla Sadam Foundation signed a contract for the construction
of Kärdla town (center of Estonia’s second biggest island Hiiumaa) guest
harbour. The works consist of dredging 35,000 cubic meters, construction of
seawalls in length of 500 meters and development of harbour’s operating area by
9,000 square meters. The works are co-financed by the European Regional
Development Fund measure intended for the improvement of regional competition.
The contract value without the reserve for unexpected works is approximately
4.1 million euros, excluding VAT. The works begin in July 2012 and by contract
end in December 2013.
