Täna, 26.10.2011 avaldatud olulise osaluse muutuse teates esines viga
börsiteates märgitud aktsiate arvus. Õige aktsiate arv on 1 946 941.
Järgneb parandatud teade:
Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seaduse § 185 lõikest 1 on AS LHV Varahaldus
(registrikood 10572453) 24.10.2011 teavitanud Ettevõtet, et AS-i LHV Varahaldus
poolt valitsetavate fondide osalus AS-is Ekspress Grupp on suurenenud 6,53%-ni
ning peale 19.10.2011 sooritatud tehinguid kuulub AS-i LHV Varahaldus poolt
valitsetavatele fondidele 1 946 941 AS-i Ekspress Grupp aktsiat. Lähtuvalt
väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus teavitada börsi
olulise osaluse muutumisest.

There was a mistake in the number of shares given in the major shareholder
announcement published today, 26 October 2011. The correct number of shares is
1 946 941.
The corrected release follows:
As required by § 185(1) of the Securities Market Act, on 24 October 2011, AS
LHV Varahaldus (registry code 10572453) have informed the Company that the
funds controlled by AS LHV Varahaldus have increased their shareholding in AS
Ekspress Grupp to 6.53%. After the transactions carried out on 19 October 2011,
the funds controlled by AS LHV Varahaldus control 1 946 941 shares of AS
Ekspress Grupp. The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes
in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
