AS Ekspress Grupp: AS Delfi ja OÜ Deal 24 sõlmisid koostöökokkuleppe

3. juunil 2011 sõlmisid AS Delfi ja sooduspakkumisi vahendav OÜ Deal 24
kokkuleppe sooduskupongide pakkumiseks kolmes Balti riigis Delfi kaubamärgi
alt. Kokkuleppe kohaselt loob Delfi kõigis Balti riikides Delfi Diili
kaubamärgi all sooduskupongide pakkumise teenuse, mida täidavad pakkumistega OÜ
Deal 24 ning Delfi ühiselt. Koostöö tulemusel suudab Delfi kõigis Balti
riikides vahendada oma kasutajatele maailmas kiirelt kasvavat sooduspakkumiste
teenust.
OÜ Deal24 kuulub rahvusvahelisse ettevõtete gruppi Rebate Networks GmbH, mis
opereerib sarnast teenust 29 riigis ja rohkem kui 300 linnas üle maailma, sh
Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Soomes. „ Usume, et koostöö koondab mõlema ettevõtte
tugevused ja nii saame pakkuda kõigil kolmel Balti turul veelgi atraktiivsemaid
pakkumisi,“ kommenteeris koostöölepet Rebate Networks GmbH Ida-Euroopa
asepresident Heissam Hartmann.

AS Ekspress Grupp: AS Delfi and OÜ Deal 24 entered into a Cooperation Agreement

On 6 June 2011, AS Delfi and the discount offers retailer OÜ Deal 24 entered
into a Cooperation Agreement for offering discount coupons in the Baltic States
under the trademark Delfi. According to the agreement, Delfi will create a
discount coupons service under the trademark Delfi Diil in all three Baltic
countries. Both OÜ Deal 24 and Delfi will deliver the offers. As a result of
the collaboration, Delfi will be able to offer the rapidly growing service of
discount coupons to its users in all three Baltic countries.
OÜ Deal 24 is part of the international group of companies Rebate Networks
GmbH, which operates similar services in 29 countries and in more than 300
cities all over the world, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
