Filing of suspicion charges against Nordecon International AS' subsidiary
Nordecon Infra AS

Nordecon International AS hereby announces to the stock exchange that the
Security Police Board has filed suspicion charges against Nordecon
International AS' subsidiary Nordecon Infra AS within the framework of the
criminal proceedings instituted on 16 November 2010. Nordecon Infra is being
suspected of having attempted to conclude an agreement for distorting
competition, to engage in concerted practices and to offer a bribe. 

Nordecon Infra AS has given statements via its member of the management board
and has explained that in the opinion of Nordecon Infra AS the suspicions are
baseless.
