Changes in qualifying holding

On 2 November 2010, KJK Fund SICAV-SIF notified Tallinna Kaubamaja AS of the
change of voting rights attached to a qualifying shareholding. 

DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF (with the current business name KJK Fund SICAV-SIF)
holds altogether 2,785,328 shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, representing 6.84%
of all the shares of the company. 

On 28 October 2010 the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund SICAV-SIF
and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc was terminated and KJK Fund SICAV-SIF
revoked proxy given to Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc to manage the voting
rights attached to the shareholdings of the fund. 

Due to that the voting rights in the Company as attached to 2,785,328 shares of
Tallinna Kaubamaja AS are controlled by KJK Fund SICAV-SIF.
