Change in voting rights related to substantial shareholding

AS Ekspress Grupp  hereby informs that on the 2 November 2010, KJK Capital Oy
notified the Company of the change of voting rights in substantial
shareholding. 

Due to termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund
SICAV-SIF and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, all voting rights attached to the
fund's shareholdings are now controlled by the Management Board of KJK Fund
SICAV-SIF.  The Fund has 3 727 344 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp constituting
12.51% of total votes represented by shares. 

KJK Fund SICAV-SIF is the former DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF.
