Sale of subsidiary OÜ Visu

On 27 October 2010 AS Viisnurk sold its 100% participation in company OÜ Visu to
OÜ A2K Sport. The main terms of agreement are:                                  

- Transfer of ownership was on 27 October 2010;                                 
- Share purchase price was 45 thousand kroons (2,9 thousand euros);             
- OÜ Visu did not have any operations since foundation.                         

OÜ Visu financial figures (revenue, assets and equity), compared to             
corresponding last available audited figures of Viisnurk Group, do not exceed   
the 10% level. It is therefore not a sale of significant holding within the     
meaning of “Requirements for Issuers” of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange  
regulations. Neither is it a significant related party transaction within the   
previously mentioned requirements. The members of the supervisory board and     
management board of AS Viisnurk do not have any personal interests in the sale  
of the company.                                                                 

AS Viisnurk is a wood-processing company, that manufactures and markets domestic
furniture and building materials.
