New Chief Executive Officers  in Delfi Ukraine and Delfi Latvia

The Supervisory Board of AS Delfi decided to remove Juris Mendzins from the
position of the Chairman of the Management Board of Delfi Latvia and to appoint
Arnis Ozols, the former Managing Director of Delfi Ukraine, as the new Chairman
of the Management Board.                                                       
Arnis Ozols will perform the duties of Chief Executive Officer from 1 November
2010. 

In relation to Arnis Ozols being appointed as the Chairman of the Management
Board of Delfi Latvia, Kateryna Kabakova becomes a new Managing Director of
Delfi Ukraine from  1 November 2010. 

From 2008 Kateryna Kabakova served as the Sales and Marketing Director of Delfi
Ukraine and from 2007 until 2008 as the Account Manager in  advertising agency
Liberty Communications. 
Arnis Ozols served as the Managing Director of Delfi Ukraine from 2009. From
2007-2009, Ozols served as the Managing Director of Best Sponshorship
advertising agency. 

Arnis Ozols  and Kateryna Kabakova do not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
