Tallinn, Eesti, 2011-02-07 15:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --Nordeconi kontsern avalikustab 2010. aasta IV kvartali ja 12 kuu esialgsed
majandustulemused 10. veebruaril enne börsipäeva algust, hiljemalt kell 8.00.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2009. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 155 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab
hetkel tööd ligikaudu 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad
noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

Tallinn, Estonia, 2011-02-07 15:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --Nordecon Group releases its preliminary results of the fourth quarter and
twelve months ended 31 December 2010 on 10 February before the opening of the
market, at 8 am at the latest.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2009 was 155 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs nearly 700 people.
Since 18 May 2006, the company's shares have been quoted in the main list of
the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
