Olulise osaluse muutus (East Capital)

Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seadusest teatas East Capital Asset Management AB Nordecon International AS-ile, et East Capital Baltic Fund fondi osalus Nordecon International AS-is on tõusnud üle 5%. Peale 25.10.2010 sooritatud aktsiatehingut omab East Capital grupp kokku 5,70% Nordecon International AS-i hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon International AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 15 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2009. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 2,4 miljardit krooni (155 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligikaudu 750 inimesele. Change in substantial shareholding (East Capital)

Pursuant to the Securities Market Act, East Capital Asset Management AB notified Nordecon International AS that the holding of East Capital Baltic Fund rose above the 5% threshold of the voting rights in Nordecon International AS. After the share transaction on 25 October 2010 the East Capital group holds 5.70% of the total voting rights in Nordecon International AS. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon International AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 15 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2009 was 2.4 billion kroons (155 million euros). Currently Nordecon International Group employs nearly 750 people.
