Varssavi börs alustas kauplemist OEG uute aktsiatega

Seoses Olympic Entertainment Group AS aktsiakapitali suurendamisega 329 505 aktsia võrra (OEG üldkoosoleku otsus 25.augustil 2010.a. ning äriregistrisse kandmine 14.septembril 2010.a.) alustas Varssavi börs kauplemist OEG uute aktsiatega 13.oktoobril 2010.a. AS Olympic Entertainment Group uueks registreeritud aktsiakapitali suuruseks on 1 513 295 050 krooni (96 717 181 eurot), mis jaguneb 151 329 505 aktsiaks nimiväärtusega 10 krooni (0,64 eurot) aktsia kohta. Warsaw stock exchange has started trades with new OEG shares on October 13th 2010 due to Olympic Entertainment Group AS share capital increase by 329 505 shares (decided on OEG shareholders general meeting on August 25th 2010 and registered in the Commercial Register on September 14th 2010). The new registered share capital of AS Olympic Entertainment Group is 1 513 295 050 Estonian kroons (EUR 96 717 181) divided into 151 329 505 shares with the nominal value of 10 Estonian kroons (EUR 0.64) per share.
