AS-i Ekspress Grupp uueks finantsjuhiks ja juhatuse liikmeks valiti Peeter Rumessen

AS-i Ekspress Grupp nõukogu otsustas 6.09.2010 valida seoses finantsjuhi ja juhatuse liikme Erle Oolupi lapsehoolduspuhkusele jäämisega uueks finantsjuhiks ja juhatuse liikmeks alates 06.09.2010 Peeter Rumesseni. Erle Oolup täidab finantsjuhi ja juhatuse liikme kohuseid kuni 31.10.2010. Peeter Rumessen töötas aastatel 2006-2010 finantsdirektorina Loksa Laevatehase AS-is, kus alates 01.05.2007 täitis ka juhatuse liikme kohuseid. Varasemalt on Rumessen töötanud finantsdirektorina Domina Hotel Group'is Egiptuses ning TD Baltic AS-is (endise nimega Computer 2000 Eesti AS). Peeter Rumessen ei oma AS-i Ekspress Grupp aktsiaid. Peeter Rumessen has been appointed as the new CFO, as well as the member of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp

Regarding the parental leave of the Chief Financial Officer and the Management Board member Erle Oolup, the Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp decided on 6 September 2010 to appoint Peeter Rumessen as the new Chief Financial Officer, as well as the memeber of the Management Board from 6 September 2010. Erle Oolup will serve as the Chief Financial Officer and will perform the duties of the management board member until 31 October 2010. From 2006 until 2010, Peeter Rumessen served as the Financial Director of Loksa Shipyard AS, where from 1 May 2007 he also performed the duties of the management board member. Rumessen has previously served as the Financial Director of Domina Hotels Group in Egypt and in TD Baltic AS (formerly Computer 2000 Eesti AS).
