DCF Fund (II) Baltic States on lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse § 185 lg-st 2
11. mail 2010. aastal teavitanud Ettevõtet, et seoses  1 644 185 aktsia ostuga
7. mail 2010. aastal, on fondi osalus AS-is Ekspress Grupp suurenenud 12,5092
protsendini. Lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil
kohustus teavitada börsi olulise osaluse muutumisest.

Major shareholder announcements

Teade

As required by § 185(2) of the Securities Market Act, on 11 May 2010, 
DCF Fund(II) Baltic States, have informed the Company that they have acquired
of 1 644 185 shares on 7 May 2010, which increases their shareholding in 
AS Ekspress Grupp to 12.5092 percent. The Issuer is required to notify the
stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the
Securities Market Act.
