Laenulepingu sõlmimine

AS Eesti Telekom ja Swedbank AS sõlmisid 28. oktoobril 2009.a. laenulepingu laenulimiidiga 870 000 000 krooni. Laenu tagastamise tähtaeg on 01.november 2010.a. Intressi arvestuse aluseks on EEK Prime + 1,5% aastas. Laenu kasutamise eesmärk on Eesti Telekom kontserni käibekapitali finantseerimine. Conclusion of loan agreement

On the 28th of October 2009 AS Eesti Telekom and Swedbank AS have concluded a loan agreement with the limit amount of EEK 870,000,000. The final term of loan is the 1st of November 2010. The basis for calculation of annual interest is EEK Prime + 1,5%. The purpose of the loan is funding Eesti Telekom concern working capital.
