AS Eesti Telekom taotleb aktsiate noteerimise lõpetamist

AS Eesti Telekom nõukogu otsustas 21. oktoobril 2009 tingimuslikult taotleda AS Eesti Telekom aktsiate noteerimise lõpetamist Tallinna börsil ja aktsiatega seotud hoidmistunnistuste (GDR) noteerimise lõpetamist Londoni börsil. Noteerimine soovitakse lõpetada hetkest, mil TeliaSonera AB (publ) viib lõpule AS Eesti Telekom aktsiate ülevõtmise õiglase rahalise hüvitise eest. Nõukogu volitas AS Eesti Telekom juhatust tegema vajalikud toimingud aktsiate ja GDR-de noteerimise lõpetamiseks ja GDR-d väljastanud depoopangaga sõlmitud lepingu lõpetamiseks. Kuni aktsiate ülevõtmise lõpuleviimiseni jätkab AS Eesti Telekom börsiettevõttena ja täidab kõiki seadusest ning reglemendist börsiettevõtetele tulenevaid kohustusi. AS Eesti Telekom seeks delisting of its shares

On 21 October 2009, the supervisory council of AS Eesti Telekom decided on seeking conditional delisting of the shares of AS Eesti Telekom from the Tallinn Stock Exchange and the global depositary receipts (GDRs) representing the shares of AS Eesti Telekom from the London Stock Exchange. Delisting is intended to take effect from the moment TeliaSonera AB (publ) completes the squeeze-out of the minority shares of AS Eesti Telekom. The supervisory council authorised the management board of AS Eesti Telekom to take measures necessary for delisting of the shares and GDRs and for termination of the depositary agreement with the depositary. Until completion of the squeeze-out, AS Eesti Telekom will continue as a listed company and comply will all requirements applicable to listed companies under the laws and stock exchange rules.
