Võrreldavates kauplustes kasvas ostude arv 9 kuu arvestuses kokku 2%. Käesoleva aasta esimesel poolaastal avas Selver 6 uut kauplust, kuid plaanis on sulgeda 6 Läti kauplust. III kvartalis uusi poode ei avatud. Selveri areng Eestis jätkub. Järgmisel aastal on plaanis avada kauplus Haapsalus. Autokaubanduse ärisegmendi 2009. aasta esimese 9 kuu müügitulu ilma segmentide vaheliste tehinguteta oli 178,9 miljonit krooni (11,4 miljonit eurot), olles 59% väiksem eelmise aasta sama perioodi tuludest. Esimesel 9 kuul müüdi kokku 776 autot. 2008. aasta sama perioodi müügitulu 1 719 auto müügist oli 437,0 miljonit krooni (27,9 miljonit eurot). 2009. aasta III kvartali müügitulu oli 31,4 miljonit krooni (2,0 miljonit eurot) ning kokku müüdi 105 uut sõidukit. 2008. aasta sama perioodi müügitulu oli 121,6 miljonit krooni (7,8 miljonit eurot). III kvartalis toimus sarnaselt eelnevate kvartalitega suur autoturu langus. Leedus kasvas turuosa 2%-lt 2,9% peale. 9 kuu autoturu languseks kujunes Baltikumis 70%. Tänaste hinnangute kohaselt on autoturg saavutanud oma madalseisu ja järgnevatel kuudel oodatakse väiksemaid langusprotsente. Jalatsikaubanduse 2009. aasta 9 kuu müügitulu kokku oli 136,4 miljonit krooni (8,7 miljonit eurot), III kvartalis oli käive 51,0 miljonit krooni (3,3 miljonit eurot), vähenedes võrreldes 2008. aasta sama perioodiga 35%. Septembris jõudis lõpule juba üle aasta kestnud arendusprojekt, mille käigus uuendati ABC Kinga kogu keti kontseptsiooni - kaubavalikut, logo ja sisekujundust. Brändiportfellis tehtud muutuste eesmärgiks on vastata just kohaliku tarbija ootustele ja eelistustele. Kolmandas kvartalis suleti neli ebaefektiivset või perspektiivitu asukohaga kauplust, neist kaks Lätis. Neljandas kvartalis on plaanis avada Rocca al Mare kaubanduskeskuses seniste ajutiste pindade asemel 3 uut jalatsikauplust ja üks uus kauplus Tartu Lõunakeskuses. Kontserni kahe jalatsikaupluste keti 30-st kauplusest asuvad täna 26 Eestis ja 4 Lätis. Märtsi teises pooles avati esimene kosmeetikakaupluste keti I.L.U. kauplus uues Pärnu Keskuses. III kvartalis uusi kauplusi ei lisandunud. Kolmanda kvartali müügitulu oli 1,9 miljonit krooni (0,1 miljonit eurot) ja 9 kuu müügitulu kokku 4,4 miljonit krooni (0,3 miljonit eurot). Järgmised I.L.U. keti kauplused avatakse novembris Rocca al Mare Kaubanduskeskuses Tallinnas ja Tartu Lõunakeskuses. Kauplus Kristiine Keskuses on kavas avada 2010. aastal. The total retail space of the department store segment, however, has increased by 700 m2, that is 3% more compared to the same time year ago. In addition to the overall decline in consumption, the sales revenue for the third quarter was adversely affected by the renovation works performed in parts of the Women's Fashion and Kidswear and Toys departments. In the first 9 months of 2009, the sales revenue of real estate business segment outside the Group was 32.3 million kroons (2.1 million euros), increasing by 7 % relative to the same period of the previous year, and the sales in the third quarter amounted to 10.5 million kroons (0.7 million euros). According to the current estimates, the car market has hit the bottom and the downward trend is expected to halt in the upcoming months. The sales revenue from footwear trade in the first 9 months of 2009 was 136.4 million kroons (8.7 million euros); in the third quarter, the sales amounted to 51.0 million kroons (3.3 million euros), decreasing by 35% compared to the same period in 2008. In September, a development project that had lasted for more than year and entailed the renewal of the concept - the product assortment, logo and interior design - of the whole ABC King chain was completed. The aim of the changes made in the brand portfolio is to meet the expectations and preferences of the local consumers. In the third quarter, four ineffective or unfavourably located stores, two of them in Latvia, were closed.
