The Estonian Competition Authority gave AS Ekspress Hotline and SIA Contact Holding permit to concentration.

Teade

The Estonian Competition Authority has taken the decision on 29th September
2009, which gives the permit to concentration of AS Ekspress Hotline and SIA
Contact Holding. 
As a result of the decision, AS Ekspress Grupp has a right to sell his share of
AS Ekspress Hotline according to the conditions, which have been published in
the company announcement on 24th April 2009. 

The completion of the transaction takes place approximately in 1 month.
