Ehituslepingu sõlmimine - Nordecon Infra

Nordecon International AS 100%-line tütarettevõte Nordecon Infra AS sõlmis Maanteeametiga ehituslepingu, mille käigus remonditakse Tallinn-Narva maantee Liiapeksi-Loobu teelõiku ligikaudu 20 kilomeetri ulatuses. Lisaks tee ja teega piirnevate alade remonditöödele ehitatakse 2 kilomeetri ulatuses uut maanteed ning remonditakse Loobu sild. Projekti tehtavaid investeeringuid toetab Euroopa Ühtekuuluvusfond. Ehituslepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 92 miljonit krooni (5,9 miljonit eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad oktoobris 2009 ning planeeritakse lõpetada oktoobris 2010. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on Nordecon International AS, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2008. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,9 miljardit krooni (247 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 171 miljonit krooni (11 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1 100 inimesele. Construction contract - Nordecon Infra

Nordecon Infra AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nordecon International AS, signed a construction contract with the Estonian Road Administration. The agreement is for the renovation works of Liiapeksi-Loobu section (approximately 20 kilometers) situated on Tallinn-Narva highway. In addition to renovation works on the road and adjacent areas, two kilometres of new highway will be built and Loobu bridge renovated. The investment in the project is supported by European Union's Cohesion Fund. The contract value is approximately 92 million kroons (5,9 million euros) without VAT. The works begin in October 2009 and the estimated time of completion is October 2010. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine.
