AS Tallinna Vesi esitas avalduse tariifi muutmiseks

AS Tallinna Vesi esitas Tallinna Linnavalitsusele ettepaneku, milles taotletakse 0.9 protsendilist vee- ja kanalisatsioonitariifide vähenemist. Uute tariifide jõustumiseks 01. jaanuarist 2010.a peab Tallinna Linnavalitsus tariifid kinnitama hiljemalt 02. oktoobril 2009.a. Hinnamuutus lepiti Tallinna Linnavalitsusega kokku 2002. aastal ja see põhineb valemil, mis arvestab jooksva aasta tarbijahinnaindeksit ning aastateks 2002 - 2010 kavandatud investeeringute mahtu. Vastavalt Teenuslepingule moodustuksid uued tariifid investeeringute kattekordaja 2 protsendi ja tarbijahinnaindeksi -0,9 protsendi liitmisel 2009 tariifidele. Linnaga peetud läbirääkimiste tulemusena on osapooled nõustunud loobuma 2 protsendi investeeringute kattekordajast alates 01.01.2010. AS Tallinna Vesi submitted an application for tariff change

AS Tallinna Vesi submitted a proposal to Tallinn City Government to reduce the water and wastewater tariffs by 0.9 per cent. For the new tariffs to apply from January 1, 2010, Tallinn City Government is required to approve them by October 2nd, 2009 at the latest. Changes in water and wastewater tariffs have been agreed with Tallinn City Government already in 2002. The change in tariffs is based on the formula, which takes into consideration the consumer price index (CPI) of the current year and the volume of investments planned for 2002-2010. According to the Services Agreement, the tariffs should comprise of 2 per cent investment coefficient and -0.9 per cent CPI that would be added to the 2009 tariffs. As a result of negotiations with the City of Tallinn, the parties have agreed to forego the 2 per cent investment coefficient increase due from 1 January 2010. The new water and wastewater tariffs will be approved by Tallinn City Government and will be applied from 1st January 2010.
