Muudatus ehituslepingu tingimustes

AS Nordecon International väljastas 28.03.2008 börsiteate, milles teatas, et on sõlminud kokkuleppe Tartus Teaduskeskus AHHAA projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks(http://www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com/market/?pg=details&instrument=EE31000 39496&list=2&tab=news&news_id=232609). Kokkulepe sisaldas tingimusi, mille kohaselt sõltub ehitustegevuse alustamine riigipoolsest finantseerimisotsusest. Nimetatud otsus on olnud kooskõlastamisel ning sellest tulenevalt ehitustöid täismahus alustatud ei ole. Seoses ehitushindade alanemisega võrreldes esialgse kokkuleppe sõlmimisest on AS Nordecon Ehitus (AS Nordecon International 100%-line tütarettevõte) ja tellija esindajad otsustanud lepingu hinda vähendada. Endiselt on jõus kokkuleppe osa, mille kohaselt hüvitatakse riigipoolse finantseerimise negatiivse otsuse korral ehitajale lõpetamata teostatud tööde eest tehtud kulutused. Uus kokkulepitud ehitushind ilma käibemaksuta on 142 miljonit krooni (9 miljonit eurot). Ehituse ettevalmistustööd algavad orienteeruvalt mais 2009 ning hinnanguline valmimisaeg on detsember 2010. Lepingumuudatus allkirjastatakse lähinädalatel. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on AS Nordecon International, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2008. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,9 miljardit krooni (247 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 171 miljonit krooni (11 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1 200 inimesele. Changes in terms of construction contract

AS Nordecon International issued a company announcement on 23 March 2008 in which it informed about signing of a contract for design and construction works of Science Centre AHHAA in Tartu, Estonia (http://www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com/market/?pg=details&instrument=EE3100039496&list= 2&tab=news&news_id=232610). The terms of contract included clauses by which the commencement of construction activities depends on government financing decision. As to date the final decision has been waiting confirmation and the construction activities had therefore not begun in full. Due to decrease in construction prices compared to original agreement, AS Nordecon Ehitus (a wholly-owned subsidiary of AS Nordecon International) and the client have agreed to decrease the construction price. As per original agreement when the government financing decision is negative, the cost made by contractor thus far will be redeemed in full. The renewed construction price without VAT is 142 million kroons (9 million euros). The preliminary construction activities will begin in May 2009 and the estimated time of completion is in December 2010. A contract will be signed in writing between parties during coming weeks.
