Töölepingute kollektiivne lõpetamine ja osalise tööaja rakendamine

AS Norma esitas Tööinspektsioonile taotlused töölepingute kollektiivseks lõpetamiseks 52 töötajaga ja osalise tööaja rakendamiseks märtsikuus 589 töötaja suhtes. Töölepingute lõpetamise ja osalise tööaja rakendamise vajadus tuleneb Venemaa ja Lääne-Euroopa klientide poolt AS-ile Norma edastatud infost tootmise ajutiste seiskamiste kohta käesoleva aasta veebruaris ning märtsis. AS Norma jagab oma klientide seisukohta, et tootmise seiskamine ja mahtude langus on ajutise iseloomuga. Samas on väga raske hinnata, millal ja milliste tootmiskoguste juures olukord stabiliseerub. Collective termination of employment contracts and part-time working time

AS Norma has filed requests with the Labor Inspectorate in order to apply the collective termination of employment contracts with 52 employees, and part-time working to 589 employees in March. The termination of employment contracts and part-time working result from the Russian and Western-European clients' information to halt production temporarily in February and March 2009, which has been communicated to AS Norma. AS Norma shares the opinion of its clients that the production halt and volumes drop is temporary.
