Kontserni tütarettevõtete nõukogu liikmete muudatused (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba, UAB Merko Bustas)
Teade
ASi Merko Ehitus otsustega kinnitati alates 01. oktoober 2026 UAB Merko Statyba ja UAB Merko Bustas nõukogu liikmeks Martin Rebane ning samaaegselt kutsuti AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba ja UAB Merko Bustas AS nõukogu liikme positsioonilt tagasi Tõnu Toomik. Muudatus tähistab Tõnu Toomiku AS Merko Ehitus nõukogusse valimisega alanud üleandmisperioodi lõpuleviimist.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba ja UAB Merko Bustas nõukogud jätkavad alates 01. oktoobrist kolmeliikmelisena: Ivo Volkov (esimees), Urmas Somelar ja Martin Rebane.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee) on tunnustatud Eesti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid.
UAB Merko Statyba (merko.lt) on tunnustatud Leedu ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid.
UAB Merko Būstas (merko.lt) on tunnustatud Leedu elukondliku kinnisvara arendaja. Parima kvaliteedi ning korteriostjatele mugavuse ja kindlustunde tagamiseks juhib Merko korteriarenduse kõiki etappe: kavandamine, projekteerimine, ehitamine, müük ja garantiiaegne teenindus.

Changes in the memberships of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiaries (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba, UAB Merko Bustas)

By decisions of AS Merko Ehitus, Martin Rebane has been appointed as a member of the supervisory boards of UAB Merko Statyba and UAB Merko Būstas with effect from 1 October 2026, and simultaneously Tõnu Toomik has been recalled from his position as a member of the supervisory boards of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba and UAB Merko Būstas. The change marks the completion of the transition period that began with the election of Tõnu Toomik to the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus.
With effect from 1 October 2026, the supervisory boards of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, UAB Merko Statyba and UAB Merko Būstas will comprise three members: Ivo Volkov (Chairman), Urmas Somelar and Martin Rebane.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee) is a recognised Estonian construction company, which offers construction services in general construction, civil engineering and residential construction.
UAB Merko Statyba (merko.lt) is a recognised Lithuanian construction company, which offers construction services in the fields of general construction, civil engineering and residential construction.
UAB Merko Būstas (merko.lt) is a recognised Lithuanian residential developer. To ensure the best quality, convenience and assurance for home buyers, Merko manages all phases of the development: planning, design, construction, sales and warranty service.
