Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kotka Tervisemaja)
Teade
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Embach Ehitus OÜ ja P102B OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Tallinnas, Kotka 12 asuva Kotka Tervisemaja rekonstrueerimise ja laienduse ehitustööde teostamiseks. Lepinguliste tööde kogumaksumuseks on 4,4 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta ja hoone valmib 2027. aasta juunis. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2025. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 208 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 450 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Kotka Health Centre)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and P102B OÜ entered into a contract for the performance of reconstruction and extension works of Kotka Health Centre at Kotka 12, Tallinn. The total cost of the contract is 4.4 million euros excluding VAT, and the works will be completed in June 2027. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
