Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Toetava taristu ehitus)

Nordecon AS koos tütarettevõttega Embach Ehitus OÜ ühispakkujatena ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid lepingu toetava taristu ehitamiseks Pärnumaale. Lepingu maht on 110,4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ning ehitustööd valmivad suvel 2028. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2025. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 208 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 430 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Supporting infrastructure)

Nordecon AS and its subsidiary Embach Ehitus OÜ as joint bidders and the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments have signed a contract for the construction of supporting infrastructure in Pärnu County. The contract is valued at 110.4 million euros, plus VAT, and the construction will be completed in the summer of 2028. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2025 was 208 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs close 430 people.
