Õielehe korteriarendusprojekti teise etapi käivitamine (Rae vald, Eesti)

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv OÜ Merko Kodud on otsustanud käivitada Rae vallas Jüri alevikus Õielehe arendusprojekti teise etapi. Selle raames valmib 2027. aasta kevadel aadressidel Õie 6, Õie 8 ja Õie 10 kolm kortermaja kokku 33 korteriga. Ühtlasi algab korterite müük viie korteriga ridaelamus, mis ehitatakse Õie 1 aadressile. Õielehe kodude (merko.ee/oielehe (https://merko.ee/oielehe/)) kahekorruseliste A-energiaklassiga korterelamute korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 50-102 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetri hinnad algavad 3275 eurost. Ridaelamu A- energiaklassiga kahekorruseliste korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 128-144 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetri hinnad algavad 3363 eurost. Kortermajade igal korteril on rõdu või terrass. Ridaelamu korterite juurde kuulub kaks terrassi ja kaks parkimiskohta. Eluhoonete juurde kuulub lopsaka haljastuse ning puhke- ja mängualadega koduhoov. Autode parkimiskohtadel on elektriauto laadimispunkti paigaldamise valmidus. Õielehe projekti kogu arendusmaht hõlmab kümnes kortermajas 121 korteri ja neljas ridaelamus 23 kodu rajamist. Kvartali esimesed kaks hoonet aadressidel Õie 2 ja Õie 4 valmisid 2025. aasta kevadel. Launch of the second phase of the Õielehe apartments development project (Rae parish, Estonia)

OÜ Merko Kodud, part of the AS Merko Ehitus group, has decided to launch the second phase of the Õielehe development project in Rae parish in Jüri. As part of this, three apartment buildings with a total of 33 apartments will be completed in the spring of 2027 at the addresses Õie 6, Õie 8 and Õie 10. Sales of apartments will also begin in a five-apartment terraced house, which will be built at the address Õie 1. The sizes of the apartments in the two-story A-energy class apartment buildings of Õielehe homes (merko.ee/oielehe (https://merko.ee/oielehe/en/)) range from 50 to 102 square meters, and prices per square meter start at 3,275 euros.
